Skjærefjølsett M

The birch wood folds flat for easy packing, and the knife’s edge held up perfectly slicing through a whole baguette at the park. Exactly what I needed for a no-fuss picnic setup.

The foldable birch board is surprisingly sturdy for how thin it packs down — it slid right into my daypack next to the knife. Used it to slice cheese and salami on a hike and cleanup was just a quick wipe.

Took this on a weekend picnic and the knife sliced through cheese and salami way better than the plastic stuff I usually bring. The board folds up small enough to slide into my pack, which I didn't expect from birch wood.
