I wore this on a drizzly hike and the water beaded right off instead of soaking in. The recycled nylon has a nice matte finish too, so it doesn't look all shiny and plasticky like my old rain shell.

The four-way stretch is the real deal—I can actually reach for things overhead without that stiff, restrictive feeling most jackets have. The matte finish looks way more expensive than it was, and it’s held up through a few rainy commutes without a single drip getting through.

I was worried a water-repellent jacket would feel stiff and crinkly, but the four-way stretch is genuinely surprising—I can bend, reach, and twist without any tugging. Took it out in a light drizzle and the water beaded right off the recycled nylon.
