The foldable board is the real star here, it packs flat against my backpack and still gives me enough surface to break down a whole chicken. The stainless knife holds a decent edge too, which I wasn't expecting from a set like this.

Took this car camping last weekend and the foldable board handled a whole chicken plus veggies without wobbling. The knife that comes with it is surprisingly sharp, though I still brought my own paring knife for smaller stuff.

The stainless steel knife came incredibly sharp, making prep work effortless. The large wooden board is sturdy and holds a whole meal's worth of veggies without sliding around.
