黑色出刃刀

The thick base makes it feel incredibly sturdy in hand, yet that thin edge glides through fish like nothing. I’ve prepped a whole snapper and a few vegetables without needing to sharpen it once. Exactly the traditional multipurpose workhorse I was after.

I was a little worried the blade would feel unwieldy, but the thin cutting edge glides through fish and vegetables effortlessly while the thick base keeps it balanced. That sleek black detailing also makes it look sharp on the kitchen rail.

The thick base gives it real heft when breaking down larger cuts, yet that thin edge still glides through cleanly. I’ve used it daily for a week and the balance feels solid, even with the sleek black detailing.
