Took these through a muddy trail last weekend and the ankle stability was a pleasant surprise—no rolling on the uneven rocks. They're light enough to feel like running shoes, but the grip kept me solid on the slick patches.

The sole’s deep grooves grabbed the slick trail after yesterday’s rain without a hint of slipping, and I barely felt the weight on my feet for a full eight-mile loop. They’re the first shoe that feels ready for both a fast jog and a rocky scramble.
