The Cast Iron Sandwich Skillet is a versatile cast iron cooking tool. The skillet features two sides that can be locked together to create a sandwich press or separated and used individually. Each side includes a removable handle, which can be used in a variety of ways, either independently or together.

One side of the skillet features high ridges, allowing you to sear food with grill marks while elevating it above drippings. The other side features a smooth surface ideal for leveraging the non-stick properties of cast iron. Each side takes up approximately half the space of a Fireplace Grill Bridge L, making it an ideal modular addition to your Takibi Fire & Grill.

David G. ★★★★★

Locking the two sides together made the best grilled cheese I've had at home — the even heat distribution really crisped the bread without burning it. Cleanup was just a quick wipe with a paper towel, which I honestly didn't expect from cast iron.

Olivia B. ★★★★★

I've been using the two halves separately for eggs and pancakes, then locking them together when I want a pressed sandwich. The cast iron holds heat so well that my second batch cooks just as fast as the first. Cleaning takes a bit of effort, but that's cast iron for you.

James ★★★★★

Heats evenly and gives my grilled cheese that crispy diner-style crust I could never get in a nonstick pan. The two halves lock together nicely, though it's heavier than I expected — worth it for the sear.
