Took this on a three-day group trip and the front flap propped open perfectly for watching the lake while still keeping the bugs out. The modular design meant we could configure it two different ways depending on whether we wanted shade or a windbreak. Genuinely felt like home base, not just a tent.

The modular panels let us add a second section when my brother's family joined, which saved us from hauling two separate tents. Propping the front flap open turned the whole thing into a shaded hangout spot during the afternoon. Set up on grass took maybe fifteen minutes with two people.

We used this as a base camp for six people and it swallowed all our gear with room left over. Propping up the front flap turned the whole entryway into a shaded sitting area, which was perfect in the afternoon sun.
