GORE-TEX Rain Pants

Took these out in a downpour during a trail run and the ePE membrane handled it all without that stiff, crinkly feeling I usually hate in rain gear. The three-layer build breathes way better than my old pair, so I wasn't a sweaty mess when the sun came back out.

Kept me bone-dry through a solid hour of heavy rain, and the three-layer shell breathes way better than my old pair so I didn't end up clammy. The ePE membrane is surprisingly light too, so they pack down small in my bag.

I was skeptical about PFAS-free gear, but these pants kept me bone-dry through a full downpour on my bike commute, and the three-layer construction doesn't feel stiff or crinkly at all. The membrane truly holds up to the GORE-TEX standard without any of that chemical guilt.
